The Effects of Job Losses in House-Building

Building a dog house is quick weekend project that can only benefit man’s best friend. รับสร้างบ้านสระบุรี

Building a shelter for your pet is a simple do-it-yourself project that can be completed within a matter of days, or even hours if you’re really stubborn.

Your dog’s house should provide shelter, safety and warmth. Treat this project in the same manner you would make something for yourself. Be sure to use pressure-treated wood for the base material only as it has to be water-resistant. As it can contain chemicals that are toxic to animals, it should not be used on any exposed parts of the dog house. Instead, use plywood or untreated softwood for the floors and walls. All screws and nails used have to weather-resistant.

No two dogs are alike, so the new dog house should be made to measure. To obtain dimensions for your dog’s new house, add 18 inches to the length of your dog to obtain the length of the structure, and 12 inches to the length of your dog for the width. For the total height of the house, add 9 inches to your dog’s height, and add 6 inches for the roof slope.

These measurements ensure there is the optimum amount of space for your dog to move around inside the house. It also enables good temperature regulation so your dog won’t feel too cold as it would in a house too large to be warmed with its own body heat. The floor should be raised off the ground to prevent water or other small animals from entering as well as insulate against cold ground in colder weather.

Frame the walls and floor with studs before attaching the paneling to the outer edges of the studs. This leaves you space to install insulation to retain warmth or cool the house as needed. Insulation should be covered with plywood sheeting to prevent your dog from chewing on it. The roof should have about 2 inches overhang over the sides and 4 inches over the front and back. When installing the panels, make sure there are no exposed nail ends that could injure your dog.

For an entrance that will keep the chill out and heat in, mark the top of the doorway a few inches higher than the height of your dog. Add 3 inches to your dog’s width to get the appropriate width. Cut out the entrance with a circular saw and sand down any rough edges all around the house.

If you’re planning on building a guesthouse, I would suggest that you check with your local planning and building departments first. One of the last things that most city planning departments want to have, is to families living on a property that isn’t zoned for it.

Another word for guest house will be a granny flat. These houses aren’t for him permanent occupation and should only be used for people who are only going to be living there temporarily. They’re not suggesting that someone moves in to these homes permanently. This is one of the biggest problems when it comes to building a guesthouse on your property.

The first thing that that you should do is contact your local planning department for the area that you live in. You can usually find the local planning departments phone number or address in the yellow pages or online. If your city doesn’t have a planning department, you might be part of an unincorporated area and you should find out who’s in charge of planning, building and safety, for the area that you live in.

You should also have your lot and parcel numbers and these numbers are usually located on your grant deed. The planning department will ask you for these numbers and then they will give you further instructions or give you the bad news, that you can’t build a guesthouse on your property, because it wasn’t zoned for one.

If you can and they give me the okay to build a guest home, now it’s time to contact your local building department. They will give you further instructions on what you need to do. I get questions like this, e-mailed to me often. If you’re planning on building a guest home, I hope this information is helpful.

What to Look for In an SEO Training Course

Before looking for specifics, the first thing you need to know is that search engine optimization is a broad field. So you have to determine what you want an SEO course to cover.

For example, if you want to learn how to write content, you’d look for an SEO copywriting course; if you wanted to learn how to do keyword research, you’d seek a class that covered this; if you wanted to learn how to optimize your site, you’d look for an SEO course that covered things like link structure and meta tags; etc. รับทำ seo ราคาถูก

How Much Does an SEO Training Course Cost?

What you’ll pay for an SEO course ranges from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand dollars. It’s really like the wild, wild west. It all depends on:

Factors That Affect How Much an SEO Course Costs

(i) What the course covers: As discussed above, there are many elements of search engine optimization. Some courses cover certain elements; others are more skill specific.

(ii) Who’s giving the course: SEO courses are given by everyone from universities to internet marketing firms, to individual industry professionals.

(iii) Online or in person: Many prefer to enroll in an SEO course online. This is because they can usually do it at their leisure. Some courses are held in person. Online SEO courses tend to be cheaper, obviously, because there’s no renting of a room, equipment, travel expenses, etc.

How Long Is an SEO Course?

(iv) Length of the course: Depending on what’s covered, SEO courses can last from a few hours, or span several days or a week or more.

Search Engine Optimization Training: A Worthwhile Investment?

Starting salaries tend to be high, which makes it a smart investment. For example, if you take an SEO copywriting course, you can expect to earn in the mid-40’s just starting out, and up to $90,000 with five or more years experience.

Proof?

According to a 2012 survey by Robert Half, one of the largest staffing agencies in the world, salaries range from the mid-40s ($45,000) to just over $90,000 per year. The study stated:Web content writers with five or more years experience can expect a salary range of between $60,500 and $90,750, while those with less than five years experience should receive something in the range of $45,250 and $66,250.”

Concept of Local SEO: Benefits and Tools

Before the implementation of search engine optimization, we should know how search engines operate. To put this into context, we can consider our own internet search manner – how we search on internet. Whenever we want to find information about something, our first step is to utilize a search engine because it is the easiest and fastest way to get that information. When the search results are shown, we are more likely to inspect the links on the first page of search results because these links are closely connected to what we are looking for and allow us to find easily what we are looking for.

There are three types of SEO implementation methods:

1. Organic SEO: It is used to get a natural listing on organic results pages. Some methods used for organic optimisation consist of keyword research, getting backlinks to site or webpage to improve link popularity and writing content that is relevant for human readers.

2. White Hat SEO: In SEO terms, White hat SEO means use of methods that emphasis on human audience rather than search engines and completely obey search engine rules and policies. For instance a site which is SEO optimised, yet emphasis on relevancy and natural organic ranking is judged to be optimised by white hat search engine optimisation practices. Examples of white hat SEO method consist of keyword analysis, link building process to improve link popularity and writing unique and fresh content for human readers. White hat search engine optimisation mostly used by those who plan to make long-standing investment on their site. This is also called ethical search engine optimisation.

3. Aggressive SEO: Aggressive search engine optimisation means use of aggressive SEO methods that emphasis only on search engines and not a human audience. This technique usually does not follow search engine rules. Examples of Aggressive search engine optimisation method consist of keyword stuffing, invisible text and bridge pages or doorway pages. Aggressive search engine optimisation mostly used by those who are focusing on immediate profits from their site or webpages. Using Aggressive search engine optimisation techniques can ban your site from search engine listings. Aggressive search engine optimisation is also called unethical search engine optimisation or spamdexing.

SEO process first started by webmasters in 1994. At first, web experts required to submit the webpage address (URL), to various search engines. The URL would then “crawled” by “spiders” to take out links to other webpages from that webpage and this process would index that webpage with returned data. This process consist of downloading and keeping the webpage by search engine spiders on their servers, Then another program which is called “indexer” grabs various details about that webpage – how many words that webpage has and the location of these words, all the links that webpage has, Which afterwards positioned into scheduler to crawl them at a current date.

Site owners began to see their website getting high rankings in search results and getting visitors. This brought a great opportunity for SEO practitioners.

Then in 1998, “Google” launched the “page rank”. Page rank shows link quality and quantity a site or webpage has.

In the year 2000, more people started using internet and this increased the value and demand of SEO. Many online marketers began to see the impact of a good rank on selected keywords online. In the same year, “Google” launched “AdWords”, a pay per click & pay per impression advertising model for businesses, So that they can appear on top of the search results page. This advertising model made “Google” the king of advertising business on the web.

In 2002, Due to high demand, SEO became good source of income for SEO expert people. They started selling links to improve page rank of their clients site or a webpage.

By the year 2005, “Google” applied “no follow” attribute for web links to fight spam, mainly through blog comments. People rapidly noticed that an effective way to get many inbound links pointing towards a site or a webpage was exactly to place the links in the comments. By the year 2008, “Google” declared that “no follow” web links would no more pass on link juice to the site or webpage it is pointing to.

Also, “Google Analytics” was launched, which granted webmasters to gain access to whole data, offering deep understanding or insights on how and from where visitors arrived at your site or webpage, how much time did they spend on it and how many webpages they visited.

In 2010, social bookmarking became main ranking factor. It was considered that more the web link is shared, more seo  visitors it receives and more visitors recommended it, means it shows quality and useful content.

From year 2011 to 2013, big updates have changed many rules in SEO process. At first, Panda update: It stopped sites or webpages with low quality content to get good rankings. Secondly, Penguin update: This reduced the importance of quantity of web links in the algorithm. These two recent major updates revived content marketing and writing high quality and fresh content.

HOW SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION PROCESS DONE BY WEBMASTERS NOW:

Prior to starting the process, we should follow the process for an effective search engine optimisation campaign. Before starting an effective SEO campaign we should be digital planner, social media advertiser, a content planner, conversion rate enhancer, a page rank (PR) specialist. Basic process consists of following steps:

1. Keyword Research: Keyword research is a process of indicating a group of keywords that will be utilize in the process. This step is very important and need a big amount of time to discover a good group of keyword phrases that gives a balanced mixture of two big important components: High search volume and low competition within the search engines.

Selecting the most used phrase that includes your targeted keywords is very easy. There are various online tools that permit you enter a specific keyword or keywords and which will show all the paths in which that keyword(s) was used by web searchers in the previous month and volume of the searches. However, the most searched keywords is also the ones with big competition in the search outcome pages and to get high ranking by using that keywords requires a lot of time and effort. A greater effective way is to find a set of keywords. For instance: around 10 keyword phrases that are mostly used by web searchers but they should have low competition in total number of search result pages.

Once we have selected our targeted keyword phrases, we then perform a detailed competitive inspection of topic website against its 10 big competitors. We utilise a sequence of search engine optimisation measures consist of indexed content, inbound links, Alexa rating, age of domain and social media statistics. By this process, we can provide estimates the client site’s initial position opposed to its competition.

2. Goal Setting: After gaining big insight into the client website’s initial position, we need to set the desired goals for the plan. These goals are attached to the particular business goal of the site. In the continuing progress of reporting and following up, progress related to plan goals are examined and reported. We can adjust SEO plan as per the result and findings of the progress reports.

3. Building Content: Search engines give big importance to text. We should have high quality and high volume content in sites related to topic of site or business. This is very important process and gives site a great value.

A site with high quality content of related topic provides site users a reason to stay on the website and visit that again. Above all, the main reason they visited the site was to get information. We will then receive more advantage by giving precisely what the search engines want from us – content. By writing more content they will have more information about business or services and that will directly have a positive effect on site ranking for related keywords.

Gambling Is Growing World Wide – Perhaps at an Alarming Rate, You Decide

I’m used to thinking of gambling as horrible. Every day I hear stories of people destroying their lives, and the well-being of their families, because they can’t stop gambling. Everything goes. A woman speaks from her prison cell: she turned to robbing banks to pay for her addiction. She doesn’t excuse herself. But she couldn’t help herself. She wanted to be arrested. Despair.  pussy888

I’ve been thinking about gambling differently this past while. Not “pure gambling” (lottery tickets, casinos, online gambling). But gambling as an essential feature of healthy, hopeful living that takes us beyond the routine.

My partner and I are building a business. Now, that’s a gamble – with our time, our lives. I’m also building this site – Elsa’s Creativity Emporium. Another huge gamble with time, energy, creativity. Columbus sailed for America. His gamble: that he would end up in the Far East. He didn’t get was he was aiming for – but the gamble paid off for the Europeans.

Farmers plant seeds. The gamble: that the season will be good. Designers design The gamble: that the design will find a market.

People fall in love, and decide to try to make a live with that person – one of the biggest gambles in life.

****

On the other hand, many people want a predictable salary. No gambling, please. So and so much an hour. Anything else feels wrong, out of control, dangerous. How can anyone live like that, they shudder and recoil.

An observation. Many people don’t want to gamble with work time. They want steady dependable pay. At the same time, they have a hugely developed urge, even an overwhelming urge, to gamble.

In other words, quite a number of the same people who want a steady paycheck spend a huge chunk of their everyday earnings on gambling!

“It’s just for fun.” “It’s my right.” “I have every right to do what I want with my money. I earned it, after all. It’s mine.” “Everyone’s entitled to have a good time every now and then. All those hours I work. I deserve something.”

So, though many people are entirely unable to consider working “on a gamble,” (building a business, doing creative projects that may well never pay), they gamble over and over in ways that are set up to make the huge majority of people lose.

But most of the world does live “on a gamble” – or combining the gamble with as much certainty as possible. Traditional gatherer-hunting societies for instance have the relative dependability of gathering (which brings in about 90% of food) and the gamble on what is brought in through hunting (10% of the average food supply, according to my reading). Even with the gathering part, no year is like any other year. The steady dependable pay-off (salary, berries, etc.) is not the norm.

And with that, back to gambling. I’m going to call the kind of gambling I’m used to recoiling from “pure gambling” – in other words, one isn’t gambling that the weather will cooperate with one’s efforts, one isn’t trying to make a sale, one isn’t trying to build a site or a business, one isn’t courting and hoping another will respond to us. “Pure gambling” – bingo, casinos, lotteries, slot machines, computer games like minesweeper and so on. The goal is winning in a game stacked against us, and the win builds nothing except the win. No book is written, no grain is harvested, nothing is built.

In everyday gambling – which I’ll call “part-of-life gambling”, the pleasure of winning is part of so many other things. It’s part of building a life – gambling that our reaching out to someone will pay off, gambling that our design will find a market, gambling that the move to another city where there are supposed to be better jobs will lead to a better job.

The Gambling Fix Can Be Fatal

If you have a gambling addiction then you may be wondering how you became so addicted. How did this happen to you? How did you find yourself so deeply entranced in such an addiction? You certainly didn’t intend to have this gambling addiction. Exploring the causes may help you quit.

There are many causes that may have led you to succumb to a gambling addiction. Some are apparent but some are not so apparent. The causes that are easiest to see include unhappiness and your dissatisfaction with life. Also, you may have experienced a negative event that triggered your gambling addiction. The non–apparent causes of your addiction include type A personality and negative thoughts that are buried in your subconscious mind.

Let’s first explore the apparent causes of your gambling addiction. If you are unhappy and dissatisfied with your life then you will tend to seek something outside of yourself to help you feel happy. This can be the point when you turn to an addiction such as gambling. You are looking for that instant fix to become happy and satisfied. Unfortunately, this instant fix is not long–lasting. It is what it is — instant! You need to find other things that will bring you happiness. You need to learn to enjoy the small things in life. Find things to look forward to other than gambling.

Another apparent cause for your gambling addiction may be connected to a negative event in your life. This event may have triggered your addiction. It may have been the loss of job, loss of a partner or loss of material things, Your grief over your loss could be the trigger. It is important to seek out counseling, or read an excellent self-help book, to deal with your loss in order to let go of it. Letting go will allow you to grow and live for the future.

Now let’s explore the non–apparent causes of your gambling addiction. You may have a type “A” personality. It is this type of personality that drives you to continue gambling. You want to win. You think that if you gamble enough you will figure out the key to winning. You think you may have unlocked the secret to winning the slots, the trick to betting on the horses or you’ve developed the best poker face for Texas Hold’em. You’re sure that you have control over your gambling addiction. Isn’t it all just a game anyhow? At this point you must remember that gambling is what it is — a gamble. There is no sure-fire way to win. 918kiss

Another non-apparent cause for your gambling addiction may be negative messages that are buried deep within your subconscious mind. For example, when you were young you may have been told that playing cards was a taboo; that if you played cards you would grow up to have a gambling addiction. You may have also been told that if you bought even one lotto ticket you would become a gambler. If these negative messages were relayed to you on a regular basis then they would be rooted in your subconscious mind, and you will have lived your life accordingly. The best way to eliminate these negative messages is through hypnosis/hypnotherapy. A Hypnotherapist can bring out these negative messages and rectify them.

Have you got the gambling fix? Do you have that magnetic attraction to gambling that arises every time you have money? Does this attraction drive you to spend all your extra money… and your bill money? Has your phone or hydro been cut off? Did you lose your house because you spent your mortgage money on gambling? Be careful… gambling can be fatal!

Gambling can lead to many unsavory things. People who gamble usually lie continuously. They lie to their spouses, their parents, their kids and their friends about how they spent their money. They will exaggerate about how much things cost. People who gamble will make every excuse to the phone company, hydro company, or even the bank as to why they can’t pay their bill when it is due. They are really good at coming up with sob stories in hopes this will buy them some time. Time enough to gamble some more and hopefully win enough money back to cover their bills. If you’re a gambler, eventually you will run out of excuses. People will no longer believe your sob stories. What will you do then?

The thought of never being able to gamble again can be depressing, because it is the only thing that seems to make you happy. You love gambling but you have to admit it’s ruining your life. You miss time from work because you skip work to gamble. Maybe you even lose your job! What do you do now! With no job you can no longer gamble. Now the depression sets in because you can no longer enjoy the only thing that made you happy. What do you do now?

You begin to think about all the money you lost. You also begin to think about the friends you lost. Maybe you even lost your family! The reality begins to sink in. You have sunk to the bottom! The depression worsens. Now you’re feeling suicidal. So now the question is: do you do it or not? Do you just end it? Maybe everyone would be better off without you! You feel like such a screw-up anyhow. This is how your gambling fix can become fatal!

At this point you can succumb to these feelings or you can turn your life around. You still have the choice. Don’t end your life. Stay for awhile. There are many things you can do to overcome this depression and your gambling habit. You can go for counseling or join a 12 Steps program. Start to read Self-Help books. Learn how to meditate. Incorporate positive affirmations into your life. Journal every day. If you put as much energy into becoming well as you did into gambling, you will overcome this addiction.
